Outdoor facility 

  • Rustic barn covered with weathered siding and rock wall exterior which is open on the east side, exposing views of the pond, waterfall, farm and mountains
  • A partially enclosed interior is finished with clear cedar and recycled rusted tin, opening up to a large patio with a waterfall, flower beds, and a stairway leading down to the open grassy lawn 
  • Strings of clear globe lights hang over the patio, creating an enchanting and romantic atmosphere for your reception 
  • Many charming sites for "first look" and additional pictures on the big day
  • Multiple options for your ceremony location

Indoor facility

  • Features a large stone fireplace and many windows for natural lighting and beautifully finished hardwood wainscoting
  • Elegant chandelier lighting

Seating

  • We have tables and chairs available for your dinner and ceremony
  • 35 - 60" round tables (seat up to 10 per table)
  • 10 - 30" x 6' banquet tables
  • 15 - 36" x 8' banquet tables
  • We have charming odd and end tables that can be used for guest books, favors, etc.
  • Linen tablecloths are available for an additional cost

Parking

  • We have plenty of parking available for your event (ADA accessible)

Alcohol

  • Swans Trail is a no hard liquor and no cannabis facility 
  • Firewater Events is our vendor for bartending services for you at reasonable prices
  • You must acquire a banquet license and event insurance prior to your wedding day 

Pricing

Swans Trail Farms offers competitive pricing depending on the month/day. A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. For pricing information please CONTACT US.

Terms & Availability

  • Facilities are rented for the day beginning at noon until 11pm with ceremony at 4pm or later and music/bar/event closing at 10pm.  
  • Wedding dates are available May through August.
  • Reservations are taken as days are available up to 18 months in advance
